At Hushmail, we are always striving to provide our customers a seamless experience. We aim to support your daily work, not simply sell a service. That’s why we don’t require a contract or commitment when you create an account with Hushmail. It’s important to us that your Hushmail experience enhances, and never hinders, your life. This applies to how we manage our billing as well.
In a previous post, our Customer Care Manager outlined Hushmail’s personal approach toward supporting our customers. Today’s post explains our approach to billing and our refund policy. We make every effort to make our billing simple and efficient, but if you find you have questions about your billing, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer care team.
We understand that your needs may change. Therefore, we offer a 60-day money back guarantee in case you decide to cancel your service. If you surpass the 60-day period, you can still cancel your account at any time without extra fees or charges.
We have two different ways of billing depending on the type of account.
The last thing you need is an unexpected break in your email because your credit card has expired. That’s why all accounts are billed one week before the renewal date to provide a cushion in case there are any issues.
Already have an account? We make it easy for you to check on your billing details, download receipts, and make changes on the billing page.
Our customer care team is available to help answer your billing questions. Assistance is only a call or an email away. Feel free to reach out to us or visit our help page to find answers to common questions and concerns.
